Hotelikum

Article 1 – Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation as well as for all other services provided by Hotelikum. Deviating terms and conditions of the guest do not apply unless Hotelikum has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

Article 2 – Conclusion of Contract and Booking Guarantee

The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as Hotelikum confirms the guest's booking.

The hotel is entitled to require a credit card guarantee or a prepayment to secure the booking.

If the booking is made by a third party (e.g., travel agency), that party is jointly liable with the guest as a joint debtor.

Article 3 – Prices, Payment, and Set-off

All agreed prices are inclusive of the applicable statutory taxes and fees.

Hotelikum reserves the right to adjust prices if the guest subsequently makes changes to the number of rooms, number of persons, or duration of stay.

Invoices are due for payment immediately upon receipt without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

A set-off is only permissible with undisputed or legally established claims.

Article 4 – Withdrawal and Cancellation

Standard Rates:Cancellations must be made in writing. If the cancellation occurs outside the free cancellation period, the hotel is entitled to charge up to 90% of the total price.

Non-refundable rates:The full amount is due at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, there is no right to a refund.

Force majeure:The hotel is entitled to cancel bookings if extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, power outages) make the provision of services impossible.

Article 5 – Use of Rooms and Liability

The rooms may only be used for accommodation purposes. Subletting or further renting is prohibited.

The guest agrees to treat the room and hotel facilities with care.

The guest is liable for damages caused by themselves, their travel companions, visitors, or pets.
